Terms of Service

By using hudhudcell you agree to these terms. The app is not intended for users under 13.

1. Service

• E2EE chat, calls, calendar, optional AI
• Location sharing when you choose
• Sign-in via Privy, WalletConnect, Sign in with Apple

2. Data and privacy (vault-first)

• E2EE messages are stored in hardware-keyed encrypted .enc vault files on your device; we do not archive message content on our servers.
• RAM is a display cache only; memory is wiped on background and chats reload from the vault when you return.
• We do not use AsyncStorage, SQLite, or server-side archives for chat messages.
• Details: privacy policy.

3. Your responsibilities

Lawful use only. Harassment, spam, and illegal content are prohibited.

3.1 User-generated content

• Report users from a contact profile, group member list (long-press), or story viewer (flag).
• Block abusive users from the contact profile or group member menu.
• Outgoing messages are filtered on-device for spam and prohibited content before sending.
• We review reports using hashed identifiers only; E2EE message bodies are not stored on our servers.

3.2 Business model, payments, and wallet

• The app is free. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads, or paid feature unlocks.
• Embedded wallet and WalletConnect are for sign-in and optional contact discovery (wallet address) only. The app does not process payments, tips, crypto transfers, swaps, mining, or exchange trading.
• EIP-712 document signing is off-chain cryptographic signing only (no gas fees; not a payment mechanism).
• HudHud AI is optional; explicit per-session consent is required before external AI.

4. Account

Delete your account anytime: Settings → Account → Delete account.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact support@hudhudcell.com.
